Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits

Class Meeting Times (In-Person)

For each session, students select one morning class and/or one afternoon class.

Morning classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon classes meet from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Class Meeting Times (Online)

For each session, students select one morning class and/or one afternoon class.

Morning classes meet from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon classes meet from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lunch

Supervised lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for students attending the full day in-person (one morning and one afternoon class).

Students attending the full day must bring lunches. There are microwaves available for students' use.

Extended Care

Morning extended care allows students to arrive as early as 7:30 a.m.

Afternoon extended care allows students to be stay as late as 6:00 p.m.

Fairfax Collegiate instructors supervise extended care. Students may relax, talk to friends, play games, or read during extended care.

Morning or afternoon extended care costs $12.00 per day if paid in advance for all days in a session, or $15.00 per day if used on an as-needed basis.
