Where do you attend school and what activities are you involved in?
I am currently a political science undergraduate at James Madison University.
What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?I have been an assistant at a local Preschool for nearly ten years and have worked at a Vocation Bible School summer camp with middle schoolers.
What sort of experience have you had in the subject you’ll be teaching this summer?I have taken multiple college level coding classes focusing on Javascript. I have worked on Capitol Hill for members of the US House of Representatives and worked in Berlin, Germany, at government agencies.
What excites you about teaching and working with students?I am excited to see kids learn and grow both in their skills and confidence in themselves.
Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?I enjoy fencing and learning new languages.
