Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
For cancellations before May 1, 2020, Fairfax Collegiate will refund the amount paid less the deposit of $100 per session. For cancellations after May 1, Fairfax Collegiate will provide a credit for the full amount paid. Credits may be used for any family member and expire on September 1, 2022.
Class Meeting Times

For each session, students select one morning class and/or one afternoon class.

Morning classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a supervised break from 10:00 a.m. to 10:25 a.m.

Afternoon classes meet from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a supervised break from 2:00 p.m. to 2:25 p.m.

Lunch

There is a supervised lunch period from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for students attending the full day (one morning and one afternoon class).

Students bring lunches. There are refrigerators for students' use.

At the Alexandria, Fairfax, and Reston, building rules prohibit meat and shellfish. Questions? Please call us at 703 481-3080.

Extended Care

Morning extended care permits children to arrive as early as 7:30 a.m.

Afternoon extended care allows children to be stay as late as 6:00 p.m.

Fairfax Collegiate instructors supervise extended care. Students may relax, talk to friends, play games, or read during extended care.

Morning or afternoon extended care costs $9.50 per day if paid in advance for all days in a session, or $12.00 per day if used on an as-needed basis.
