Use summer as an opportunity to work beyond 3rd and 4th grade level standards.
The course closely aligns with topics that would usually be part of a 5th to 6th grade curriculum, such as: fractions, decimals, integers, geometry, perimeter and area, statistics, ratios and proportions, and algebra.
Students take a diagnostic test on the first day of class to help the instructor determine the optimal selection and pacing of topics for their needs.
Each day's schedule includes small-group instruction, individual practice, one-on-one coaching, enrichment, and math games.
