Get up to speed on vehicle engineering by designing cars, trucks, and boats.
Topics such as learning about the components of cars and how they work, gearboxes, air resistance, and manufacturing techniques get students up to speed on the principles of vehicle engineering.
Students apply their knowledge to projects such as a model car race, a sailboat race, testing designs for brakes and tires, and crash testing. For a final project, students assemble a working, autonomous RC car.
