Become Someone's Favorite Teacher

Would you like to teach this summer? Do you have a strong academic record, a demonstrated interest in education, authoritative knowledge of one of the subjects taught in our program, and experience working with children? If so, Fairfax Collegiate would like to hear from you.

The Hiring Process

Get started by completing our online employment application. If we think you may be a good fit, we'll invite you to interview at our office in Herndon, VA. As part of this interview, we'll ask you to demonstrate your teaching skills by presenting a five to ten minute 'mini-lesson' on the subject of your choice.

Impress us and we'll speak with your references and conduct a mandatory third-party background check. We are generally able to make a hiring decision and extend a job offer within one week of interviewing a candidate.
