Students create games using Kodu, (http://planetkodu.com), a simple visual programming language that emphasizes creativity, problem solving, and storytelling.
Students learn about Kodu worlds, landscapes, terrain, objects, characters, paths, behaviors, clones, creatables, interactions, strategies, tone, mood, pages, camera angles, times, health, and power-ups.
Working individually or in pairs students design games and (optionally) share them with the world on the Planet Kodu website.
